1. Payment - At the moment, Alpha Image can only accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and International Money Order. An e-mail with the shipping date will be sent to you once the payment has been authorized. Your card will not be charged until the kits are shipped
2. What is credit card verification number? - For your safety and security, you will need to enter your credit card's verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It is after and to the right of your card number.
3. Shipping - We use Canada Post and Xpresspost for shipping. You can get estimate shipping cost to your country by clicking on the "Shipping: estimate" link when you are in the shopping cart page.
